Tommy or Vuk as his friends loved to call him, was the best, most wonderful, loving son, a parent’s dream.  He made us proud each and every day.  Other parents were always complimenting his manners and cheerful attitude.  His boss would say he was a hard worker.  His teachers would tell us that he was a pleasure to have in class.  Tommy had a learning disability and strived to work  harder so that one day he could be in regular classes with his friends.  Some of his teachers told us he would have made it this year.   His coaches loved his determination and willingness to try harder.  Whatever he was doing, he gave it his all.

He was always on time.  He hated to be late.  He loved to look his best, especially if it was formal.  For Junior Prom, he insisted on wearing white tails even though they weren’t easy to find!  Thank God we did, because he looked like an angel.  Oh my, did he look awesome!  He had great taste!  His bedroom said it all.  It is all Tommy.  It is so cool.  So much of him is there for us to remember including a giant monster from Halloween that looked over him.

He loved riding around in his shiny red Jeep with his girlfriend, Jamie or his buddies.  He was saving all his hard earned money for a lift kit.  He couldn’t wait.  He took such good care of that car, it was either spotless or caked with mud from going off roading.

He loved to work with his dad on anything mechanical or automotive.  They had such fun together.  Tommy had a real talent for fixing things and probably could have gone into the trades.

If you were ever lucky enough, he would grill the juiciest, rarest tastiest steak you ever had.  Steak was his favorite food and he would eat it for breakfast, lunch or dinner.  He was always hungry, but never had an ounce of fat on him.

He was always there for anyone that needed him.  Whether it was for giving someone a ride somewhere, help on a job, or just one of his smiles, Tommy would be there.

Tommy was a great joker with a quick wit.  He was so much fun to be around.  He was never embarrassed to be hugged or kissed, anytime, anywhere, even if it was on the football field.  He knew he was loved and so did his mom and dad and brothers.  Tommy touched so many hearts.

He loved his cat Georgie, a not so nice cat except to Tommy.  He loved to race around the house with our puppy Kasey.  The two of them would go crazy, it was the funniest thing to watch.

Tommy was so excited about this his Senior year.  He said it would be the best year ever.  He was looking forward to what he lived and breathed, football.  He and his younger brother Mark talked of possibly playing Varsity together.

Our little Tommy was so much fun to be around.  We are so proud of him and miss him every second of every day.  We were blessed to be able to enjoy his company and love for a short 17 ½ years that will last forever.
